Buckland Properties comprises two businesses; Buckland Securities Limited, founded in 1973 and Buckland Estates LP founded in 2008. Both businesses are run today by members of the founding family.

We purchase, refurbish and let commercial properties in central London and Basingstoke. We are a responsible landlord and retain our properties for the long term working to attract long standing tenants. Our properties are our most valuable assets and as such – we look after them!

The majority of our properties are located in Clerkenwell & Shoreditch and we offer flexible, self-contained office space at very competitive rents. A significant number of our tenants operate in the creative, technical and design sectors with a strong desire to be located in the design hub that is Clerkenwell and near Tech City & Old Street Roundabout. We pride ourselves on working with our tenants as their businesses grow by utilising our diverse portfolio.

After our managing agents of 30 years relocated outside London – we decided in 2017 to launch our own property management business to look after all Buckland Properties sites and tenants.

This means both landlord and managing agent are located in the same office and communication & decisions are swift & decisive – resulting in a more responsive service for our tenants.

CAG Property Management is a distinct business so as to protect the financial integrity of both parties and of rents and fees collected from Buckland tenants.

Our Asset Manager has worked with us for 30 years and knows each of our buildings inside & out. This continuity of care means that we offer unrivalled knowledge of both our properties and tenants providing a better level of service for all parties.
